		<description>Are you joking? These buildings are rediculously sweet not to mention space AND resource savers. They're tall meaning you don't have to expand into other undisturbed land. Also instead of building like 8 regular buildings and wasting foundation materials and workers payment (in other words not wasting our valuable money) it's just one amazing structure. and with it comes many many new jobs inside of that building.</description>
